Elizabeth Lewis
Born and raised in small town Minnesota.
I’ve always had a love of the outdoors, both working and playing.
I’ve lived in Minnesota, Utah, and Arizona. Having traveled the US extensively and Europe, I’m on a mission to visit every continent!
This is another step on my life’s journey, of living, loving, and sharing my passion with others!
Back in October 2001, my cousin got lost in the BWCA, with very little food and water. He hollowed out a log, and melted snow until help arrived. The dogs found him the very last day of search and rescue! His experience has been a lesson and inspiration to me. I never wanted to be in his shoes without the knowledge to survive, so I made it my mission to learn, and NOW teach others!
Tyson Steele
Tyson grew up in the mountains of Utah. He is very skilled in many outdoor activities and survival skills.
He moved to Alaska and works for a fishing resort. He built a cabin and lives there year round. In 2020 his cabin burned down and he was stranded in the Alaskan wilderness for nearly a month, with very little food and clothing. He survived in an igloo, and off the land until help arrived.
Since then he has rebuilt a fireproof cabin and is loving his days in Alaska!
Mahonri Stevens
Hon has lived in several states, including Hawaii, Missouri, Arizona, and Utah. His passion is the west with the mountains, canyons, and beautiful red rock.
He is very knowledgeable about history, survival skills, camping, backpacking, canyoneering, hiking, and rappelling.
Landon McDowell
This guy is an animal on the rocks! Pictured he is at “Ruby’s Café” a 5.13 climb in Utah. For those of you who don’t speak climber, that’s one of the most difficult climbs there is.
Landon helps us lead rock climbing and rappelling tours in Utah.
